PR as reputation protector
We help organisations find where the opportunities are to build powerful, distinct reputations and also look at areas where their reputation needs better protection. We do this through a three-stage process.
Audit and gap analysis
We work with the senior management team to test attitudes to ‘reputation’ across the stakeholder base – with a special focus on employees and customers - and report back on opportunity and risk.
Setting up of team to handle response
We establish a Taskforce to respond to findings from the audit and agree priorities and resource.
We chair the Taskforce for as long as required to help on implementation of opportunities and improvements. We are increasingly introducing organisations to ‘realtime’ reputation management online and helping them devise an approach to monitoring and response.
